Dr. Hartstein is a Board Certified ophthalmologist with over 26 years of experience. He has performed thousands of eye surgeries and has taught surgery as an assistant professor at the Jules Stein Eye Institute- UCLA and as a glaucoma instructor at White Memorial Medical Center. Dr. Hartstein is active in research and has published in the medical literature. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the California Academy of Ophthalmology and the West Coast Glaucoma Society.
