Please Note Our Payment Policy:

We are committed to providing our patients excellent medical care at reasonable costs by reducing the high administrative expenses of health care. As such, we will be collecting deductibles, co-insurance and copays at time of service. Although we provide complimentary health plan billing, it is ultimately up to you to verify your coverage with your insurance.

We Accept Most Insurance Plans:
-We accept medicare and or most ppo plans. You will need to obtain an authorization to see us if your plan is an HMO.
-We accept medi-cal only if the primary insurance is medicare

Vision Plans:
We accept almost all vision plans including vsp, eyemed, spectera, davis, superior vision and others.

Payment Options:
-We accept payment by visa, mastercard, paypal, venmo, cash and check. We do not accept discover card or american express.
