Please note our deductible policy:

We are committed to providing our patients excellent medical care at reasonable costs by reducing the high administrative expenses of health care.  In order to achieve this goal we have instituted a “Credit Card on File” system instead of our traditional billing statements.  This will apply only for PPO patients who have a high deductible which has not been met at the time of service.  
In an effort to protect patient privacy and security, your credit card is swiped into a secure and encrypted terminal and the information is only stored with the merchant card processor, and not by our office.  Once the insurance claim has been processed, the insurance company will send you an EOB (Explanation of Benefit) showing you what the total patient responsibility is.  At that time, the credit card on file will be used to pay this  balance in full.   If you prefer, you can even elect to split your balance into multiple payments.    
If you do not wish to leave your credit card on file, you can instead pay an estimate of the expected charge upfront and a residual balance or credit will occur after the EOB is received.
We believe this policy will help provide transparent and upfront collection of Patient Responsibility  and protect our patients from unexpected medical bills as well as continuous statements, late fees and collections.  Most importantly, Credit Card on File is more effective and secure than payments by mail or phone.  Please feel free to call us should you have any questions on credit card on file.

Medicare and other medical Insurance:

-We accept Medicare and or most PPO insurances. If your insurance is an HMO you will have to contact us to see if we are contracted.

-We accept Medi-Cal only if the primary insurance is Medicare
